Cookie Dough Bites Milkshake Recipe

Monday, November 30th, 2009

How is everyone doing? We recently experimented with a recipe that we just can’t resist, and we’d like to share it with all of you. Who doesn’t like a thick, creamy milkshake? The taste and texture always leaves us wanting more. We’ve added a twist to one of the best desserts ever by adding one more ingredient: Cookie Dough Bites! It’s the perfect way to top off an already awesome beverage, and it’s amazingly quick and easy to make.

The ingredients are as follows:

1/4 box of Cookie Dough Bites
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup of chocolate syrup
2 cups of milk

Cookie Dough Bite Milkshake Directions:

  1. Combine ice cream, Cookie Dough Bites, milk, and chocolate syrup in a blender
  2. Blend until thick and frothy

The recipe makes for two servings, but if you’re like us, you’ll be back for more! We used the original Chocolate Chip variety for our Cookie Dough Bite milkshake, but you can try any or all of our 5 varieties: Original Chocolate Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate Chip, and Fudge Brownie! If you love milkshakes and want to add a little something different, we highly suggest grabbing a couple boxes of your favorite Cookie Dough Bites flavor and adding them into the recipe. It’s a new and delicious way to enjoy your favorite snacks. Enjoy!

1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
1/4 cup of corn syrup

Cookie Dough Bite Milkshake Directions:

  1. Combine milk, sugar, gelatin, and salt. Let it stand for 1 minute
  2. Cook the mixture under low heat for 5 minutes, or until gelatin is completely dissolved
  3. Let mixture cool completely, and then add vanilla extract, yogurt, and corn syrup
  4. Pour mixture into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it chill for at least 8 hours
  5. Pour into ice cream machine and freeze according to directions
  6. Top with your favorite Cookie Dough Bites flavor… or all five!
