Ready for a treat?
Treat yourself to a decadent vanilla ice cream with Cookie Dough Bites and mango.

The ingredients are as follows :
¼ cup Cookie Dough Bites
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
3 tablespoons mango puree
Mango garnish

Vanilla Ice Cream Cookie Dough Bites Directions:

1. Combine 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream with 3 tablespoons of mango puree.
2. Top with mango garnish and Cookie Dough Bites

Enjoy your new creation. It is DELICIOUS!

Chocolate Flourless Cookie Dough Bites Cake

Are you a chocolate lover? If so, this should fulfill your chocolate cravings! Check out the new recipe for the chocolate flourless Cookie Dough Bites cake.

The ingredients are as follows:
¾ cup Cookie Dough Bites
4 ounces unsweetened bittersweet chocolate
1 stick unsalted butter
¾ cup sugar
3 eggs
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Flourless Chocolate Cake with Cookie Dough Bites Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and use cooking spray on the 8-inch round baking pan.
2. Simmer water using sauce pan with a double boiler over it. Melt chocolate chips with butter, stirring, until smooth.
3. Remove top of double boiler or bowl from heat and whisk sugar into chocolate mixture.
4. Add eggs to the mixture and whisk well.
5. Add ½ cup cocoa powder and ¾ cup Cookie Dough Bites and stir until mixture is combined thoroughly.
6. Now the mixture is ready to be poured into the pan.
7. Bake the cake in the center of the oven for 25 minutes.
8. Cool cake in pan on a rack 5 minutes until it is ready to be served on a plate.

Cookie Dough Bites Snickerdoodle Sandwich

Hope everyone had a great weekend! Here is the latest recipe we like to eat for our sweet tooth cravings. Snickerdoodle sandwiches with Cookie Dough Bites in the center. YUM !

The ingredients are as follows:

1 ½ cup Cookie Dough Bites
1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups sifted flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Cookie Dough Bites Snickerdoodle Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F .
2. Combine shortening, sugar and eggs and mix.
3. In a separate bowl mix the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
4. Combine the two mixtures.
5. Shape the dough into 1″ balls.
6. Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
7. Place 3 inches apart on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

Once your Snickerdoodles are fresh out of the oven, add the Cookie Dough Bites to make some delicious Cookie Dough Bites Snickerdoodle sandwich!

Cookie Dough Bites Macaroon Bars

Hello everyone! We have just created an awesome recipe for Cookie Dough Bites macaroon bars and they are AMAZING! Try out our recipe. We hope you enjoy it!

The ingredients are as follows:
1 cup Cookie Dough Bites
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
3-3/4 cups sweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1 cup almond slices, toasted
1/4 cup whipping cream

Cookie Dough Bites Macaroon Bars Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13×9x2-inch baking pan.
2. Combine crumbs, melted butter and powdered sugar in large bowl. Firmly press crumb mixture on bottom of prepared pan. Combine condensed milk, coconut and almonds in large bowl, mixing well. Carefully drop mixture by spoonfuls over crust; spread evenly.
3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until coconut edges just begin to brown. Cool.
4. Place Cookie Dough Bites and whipping cream in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium for 1 minute or until mixture is smooth; stir. Cool until slightly thickened; spread over cooled bars. Sprinkle top with white chips. Cover; refrigerate several hours or until thoroughly chilled. Cut into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.

Makes 36 bars.

You can make your Cookie Dough Bites pancakes by simply following the recipe from any pancake mix your heart desires. Once you have your pancake batter mixed and ready to go on the griddle, add Cookie Dough Bites to your pancake batter.  Your pancakes are now ready to be cooked.

Cookie Dough Bites and White Chocolate Mousse Parfaits

Save some room for a luscious and smooth parfait snack with a rich taste that will melt in your mouth. The irresistible Cookie Dough Bites will leave you wanting for more. These scrumptious homemade parfaits are good to share with your loved one, friends and family on Valentine’s Day!

The ingredients are as follows :

2 cups Cookie Dough Bites
1/2 cup plus 4 ½ cups cool heavy whipping cream
7 oz.  high-quality finely chopped white chocolate
5 cups sliced hulled strawberries

Makes 9  servings

Cookie Dough Bites and White Chocolate Mousse Parfaits with Strawberries Directions:

1.      Combine 1/2 cup whipping cream and delicately sliced white chocolate in a metal bowl and set over a saucepan with lightly simmering water. Stir persistently until the white chocolate is light and melted. Remove bowl from over the saucepan and place on a counter to be set at room temperature.
2.      Whisk the remaining 4 ½ cups mouse in a large bowl until mixture is firm.
3.      Layer bases in desired cup with 2 tablespoon strawberries and Cookie Dough Bites on the next layer. Repeat layers once more.

Valentine’s Day Cupcakes

In the spirit of the most romantic day of the year, here’s a super sweet recipe for your sweetie (we’re so clever). If you’re looking for a no-fuss yet sentimental Valentine’s Day idea, these adorable cupcakes will surely be a hit. Whip out your baked goodies and it’ll definitely make your loved one feel special.

The ingredients are as follows:
1 1/2 cup of crushed Cookie Dough Bites
1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 1/4 cups water
1/3 cup vegetable oil|
3 egg whites
8 drops red food coloring
2 containers vanilla frosting

Valentine’s Day Cupcakes Directions:

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.
  2. Beat the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and egg whites together until smooth. Fill cupcake liners 1/3 full with white batter.
  3. Stir 4 drops of red food coloring into the remaining bowl of batter to make the batter pink. Pour 1/3 of pink batter into a resealable plastic bag and set aside.
  4. Mix more food coloring into the remaining bowl of pink batter until it is an orange/red color and pour the batter into a resealable plastic bag. Cut a corner off the bag, stick the open tip into the center of each cup of white batter and squeeze in about two tablespoons of red batter.
  5. Cut the corner off the bag with the pink batter, stick the open tip into the center of the red batter and squeeze about 1 tablespoon pink batter into each cup.
  6. Bake the layered cupcakes in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
  7. Frost half of the cupcakes with vanilla frosting. Mix in 3 drops of red food coloring in remaining frosting and frosting other half of cupcakes. Top with crushed Cookie Dough Bites.

Cookie Dough Bites Cheesecake

Happy Friday, everybody! Soon enough, the work week will be over and make way for the upcoming weekend – which is plenty reason to celebrate. Kick off the weekend with our newest recipe – Cookie Dough Bites Cheesecake! Once you have a bite, you won’t be able to get enough! Try out our recipe today!

The ingredients are as follows:

Crust ingredients:
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Cookie Dough Bites Filling:
1 1/2 cup crushed Cookie Dough Bites
2 lbs. cream cheese
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 extra large eggs
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. vanilla

Topping Ingredients:
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. whipping cream

Cookie Dough Bites Cheesecake Directions:

1. For crust: Preheat oven at 350°F. Combine crust ingredients and line bottom and sides of a 10in spring form pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
2. For filling: Mix cream cheese, flour, sugar, eggs, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla together. Combine chopped Cookie Dough Bites into filling and pour into crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F. Turn the oven down to 325°F and bake for 50 minutes more. Remove from oven and let cool for about 15 minutes.
3. For topping: Melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool slightly. Whisk in whipping cream and vanilla. Glaze top and sides of cheese cake with frosting mixture. Place in refrigerator about 30 minutes or until hardened.

We prefer to let the cheesecake cool for an hour or two for the perfect texture and to top it with crumbled Cookie Dough Bites. Trust me, the wait is well worth it!

Cookie Dough Bites Brownies

What’s cookin’, folks? We’re back with yet another IRRESISTIBLE Cookie Dough Bites recipe! We all love brownies, and we LOOOOOVE Cookie Dough Bites, so the natural thing for us to do is combine these two delicious sweets into one amazingly addictive recipe! Check it out and let us know what you think of it!

The ingredients are as follows:
1/2 cup Cookie Dough Bites, chopped
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup confectioners’ sugar

Cookie Dough Bites Brownies Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix in Cookie Dough Bites. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
  4. To Make Frosting: Combine 3 tablespoons butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 cup confectioners’ sugar. Frost brownies while they are still warm.

Cookie Dough Bites S’Mores Bars

Nothing screams out “childhood” more than s’mores. We’ve added our own Cookie Dough Bites touch to it to make a classic treat into an even more irresistible candy bar! We encourage you to get a little nostalgic and make some Cookie Dough bites s’mores of your own. Once you have one, you’ll want s’more!

The ingredients are as follows:
1/2 cup crushed Cookie Dough Bites
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup marshmallow creme
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 (1.55 oz.) milk chocolate bars

Cookie Dough Bites Granola Bars Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 8-inch square baking pan.
2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Beat in vanilla and egg until mixed well. Stir in flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt; add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Stir in Cookie Dough Bite pieces into batter and mix well. Press half of dough into prepared pan.
3. Arrange chocolate bars over dough. Spread marshmallow creme on top. Use remaining dough to create a layer over marshmallow creme; press gently.
4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. 16 bars.
